We are pleased to share that Solid Estate LLC has received a Notice of Intent to Award from the SIFA Learning Academy Charter School for the lease of educational and commercial space (IFB-SIFA-001-25).
The proposed contract includes a three-year base term with options to extend up to five years, representing a total potential investment of $754,800.00. This award follows a competitive solicitation process and administrative review by the SIFA Procurement Office.
Final contract execution is subject to the completion of the standard 14-day protest period. We look forward to supporting the academy’s mission and providing a dedicated space for their continued growth in the community.
